The Ghoul Cup skin, unlocked when reaching 100% completion of the cup.
Ghoul Cup is a creator cup owned by Ghoullsh, an inactive mapmaker, listed as the 24th. However, it is one of the oldest, smallest, and arguably on of the best creator cups in the game, with only 13 maps in total, ranging from difficulty 2 to 8. The Ghoul Cup skin is a somewhat hazy, ghostly grey spiral. It is awarded to the player when reaching 100% of Ghoul Cup.

Waterfall was vaulted and later revamped to go back into Ghoul Cup. This happened many months ago.
Rabid was a resubmission. It was a rejected difficulty 12 map, featured in Ice Rejects, a project by Thero showcasing old rejected maps, discontinued after the UI update. Ghoullsh nerfed, resubmitted, and got it approved earlier this year. It was the last map submitted by Ghoullsh as of late.
